Google/YouTube disclosure: FalkoCam uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services only to let users connect their own YouTube account and manage live streaming features requested by the user.

1. Data we process

Contact data: name, email address and support messages.
Account data: login email, subscription status, plan type and active streams.
Billing data: invoice details, payment status and transaction identifiers.
Technical data: app version, logs, errors, stream status and diagnostic data.
Service settings: overlay settings, weather settings, stream configuration and camera connection status.

2. Google OAuth and YouTube API Services

FalkoCam may request YouTube permissions needed to create, configure, start, stop or manage YouTube live streams and related broadcast settings.

We do not store your Google password.
We do not access Gmail, private emails, Google Drive or unrelated Google services.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google/YouTube data for advertising profiling.
We use Google/YouTube data only to provide user-requested live streaming features.

3. YouTube and Google terms

FalkoCam uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-related features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

4. Limited Use

FalkoCam’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data is used only for user-facing streaming features.

5. Revoking Google access

You can revoke FalkoCam’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Legal bases

Contract: to provide the service and account features.
Consent: for Google OAuth and optional features.
Legal obligation: invoicing, tax and accounting.
Legitimate interest: security, reliability and fraud prevention.

7. Payments

Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. FalkoCam does not store full credit card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website may use technical cookies and analytics tools to operate the site, checkout, security and service improvement. Where required, non-essential cookies should be used with appropriate consent.

9. Sharing, transfers and retention

Data may be shared only with providers needed to operate FalkoCam, such as hosting, payment, email/support, analytics, security and Google/YouTube APIs. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using GDPR-recognized safeguards. Data is retained only as long as needed for service, legal, billing, security and support purposes.

10. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You can also request deletion of FalkoCam account data by contacting [email protected]. Some data may be retained where legally required.

11. Security and children

FalkoCam applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures. FalkoCam is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law.

Important: FalkoCam provides software to stream IP cameras to platforms such as YouTube. FalkoCam is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FalkoCam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

FalkoCam is a software solution that enables users to connect IP cameras and stream video content to third-party platforms, including YouTube.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you stream.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must respect copyright, privacy, and third-party rights.
You must not stream illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
You must comply with YouTube Terms of Service and platform policies.

4. Prohibited Uses

Using FalkoCam for unlawful purposes.
Streaming copyrighted content without authorization.
Attempting to exploit, hack or disrupt the service.
Using the service for spam, fraud or abuse.

5. Google / YouTube Integration

FalkoCam uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to enable streaming features.

You connect your own Google/YouTube account.
You remain responsible for your YouTube channel and content.
You must comply with YouTube Terms and Google policies.

6. Third-Party Platforms

FalkoCam relies on third-party services such as YouTube and cloud providers. FalkoCam has no control over these services and is not responsible for their actions, policies, limitations or interruptions.

7. Service Availability

FalkoCam is provided “as is” and “as available”.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service.
No guarantee of continuous streaming.
No guarantee of compatibility with all devices or cameras.

8. Streaming Risks

You acknowledge that:

Streams may be interrupted, disconnected or removed.
YouTube may suspend or terminate streams or accounts.
Network issues, hardware failures or external factors may affect streaming.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalkoCam shall not be liable for:

Loss of data, streams or content
Service interruptions or downtime
Loss of revenue or indirect damages
Actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube)

10. Subscriptions

FalkoCam may offer subscription plans with different features (e.g. number of streams).

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
You may cancel at any time.
Access continues until the end of the billing period.

11. Termination

FalkoCam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

12. Changes to the Service

FalkoCam may modify, update or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of updated Terms.
