Google/YouTube disclosure: FalkoCam uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services only to let users connect their own YouTube account and manage live streaming features requested by the user.
1. Data we process
- Contact data: name, email address and support messages.
- Account data: login email, subscription status, plan type and active streams.
- Billing data: invoice details, payment status and transaction identifiers.
- Technical data: app version, logs, errors, stream status and diagnostic data.
- Service settings: overlay settings, weather settings, stream configuration and camera connection status.
2. Google OAuth and YouTube API Services
FalkoCam may request YouTube permissions needed to create, configure, start, stop or manage YouTube live streams and related broadcast settings.
- We do not store your Google password.
- We do not access Gmail, private emails, Google Drive or unrelated Google services.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google/YouTube data for advertising profiling.
- We use Google/YouTube data only to provide user-requested live streaming features.
3. YouTube and Google terms
FalkoCam uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-related features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
4. Limited Use
FalkoCam’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data is used only for user-facing streaming features.
5. Revoking Google access
You can revoke FalkoCam’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Legal bases
- Contract: to provide the service and account features.
- Consent: for Google OAuth and optional features.
- Legal obligation: invoicing, tax and accounting.
- Legitimate interest: security, reliability and fraud prevention.
7. Payments
Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. FalkoCam does not store full credit card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website may use technical cookies and analytics tools to operate the site, checkout, security and service improvement. Where required, non-essential cookies should be used with appropriate consent.
9. Sharing, transfers and retention
Data may be shared only with providers needed to operate FalkoCam, such as hosting, payment, email/support, analytics, security and Google/YouTube APIs. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using GDPR-recognized safeguards. Data is retained only as long as needed for service, legal, billing, security and support purposes.
10. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You can also request deletion of FalkoCam account data by contacting [email protected]. Some data may be retained where legally required.
11. Security and children
FalkoCam applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures. FalkoCam is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law.
